  • The Mediterranean festival (also referred as MedFest) is a really cool event that attracts loads of tourists and local Portuguese residents. It is held between the 22nd and 25th of June in Loule (which is about a 20 minute drive from Vale do Lobo). It is great opportunity to try a wide variety of different Mediterranean cuisine from countries such asSpain,Greece, Morocco,Turkey,Cyprus and more. The event is held within the old Castle walls of Loule, which adds to they atmosphere, as it makes you feel like you have travelled back in time to some old magical vibrant Mediterranean town.
